Multiple $50K+ deals closed
6-person operation built from zero
~$35K/yr Dollar General account won
01The Before
When Rob walked in, a real, growing business was being run on almost nothing — books in a single Excel sheet, the sales pipeline and clients in the owner's iPhone Notes app (many logged as just the car type, with no name or contact), no CRM, one non-digital cell phone running everything, no receptionist, no outbound team. Just a website.
02What He Built
Stood up Salesforce in his first weeks to start capturing data, then migrated to a custom CRM with automated text/email sequences, a rolling two-week calendar sync, lead scoring, and real-time reporting. Added a shared client-status platform and four dedicated phone lines to attribute every lead by source. Built the full sales infrastructure from zero — pipeline frameworks, outreach playbooks, objection-handling guides, discovery structures, pricing, and conversion workflows.
03The Team
Hired, interviewed, and trained every employee himself (and handles terminations). Wrote playbooks and recorded training videos for every tool, and built a complete SOP and enablement system with KPI benchmarks and weekly coaching. Took it from a one-phone operation to a six-person business with real corporate structure, built to scale and exit.
04The Results
240% revenue growth, multiple $50K+ deals closed personally, and the local Dollar General fleet wrap won through patient, persistent relationship-building — now ~$35,000/year in recurring revenue.
