About

I build businesses from zero — and the revenue engines, teams, and systems that make them run.

Rob DeFeo is a revenue-focused builder and go-to-market operator who starts companies from nothing and turns them into working revenue engines. He founded his first company — Mad Mango Marketing, an SEO and digital-marketing agency — while a full-time college student, scaled it to $513K in annual revenue with a 93% client-retention rate, and executed a clean exit at its peak. Since then he's built or operated a portfolio across local services, e-commerce, manufacturing, and marketing: a vehicle-wrap company he grew 240% as VP of Sales, a kayak-rental business he scaled ~10x and has run for nearly a decade, a chemical-free aquatic weed-removal service with demand strong enough that state governments call, a launch-ready landscaping-adhesive brand, an FAA-certified drone real-estate media company, and a direct-to-consumer e-commerce store.

Rob is both a hunter and a systems-builder. He personally drives net-new revenue through relentless, relationship-first prospecting, then builds the infrastructure — CRMs, SOPs, playbooks, teams, and acquisition funnels — that makes the revenue repeatable.
